Cancellation Policy: Guest have 24 hrs prior to reservation going into effect to cancel reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of one night's room rate.

Breakfast Hours:  

6:30 AM  to   9:00 AM - Monday – Friday 

6:30 AM  to 10:00 AM - Saturday and Sunday. 

​

PET Policy: Allowed: Service Dog Only (we are NOT a pet friendly hotel)
- The handler must have a physical or psychiatric disability.
- The service dog must be trained to perform a job or task relating to that disability.
- The service dog must be able to work in public places without causing a disruption.
- The handler must be able to confirm they own a service dog by answering two permitted questions under the ADA.

Children and Extra Beds: All children are welcome. Free up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Roll-away Beds available at a $15 surcharge per night.

Smoking and Vaping: The hotel is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Smoking or vaping in guest rooms or other hotel areas is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking or vaping violations.

​

Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest property, injury, or illness incurred during the stay. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and secure their valuables.

​

Age Requirement: If you're under the age of 21 your reservation is not guaranteed until approved, please call the hotel for further information. 

​

Cards accepted at this property: AMEX, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. However, we do Not accept GIFT CARDS. 

​

The View Inn: accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.

​

The Fine Print: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

21 Day hotel policy: All guests who wish to stay more than 21 consecutive days must check out for a full day (24 hours) and then check back in a different room. This is strictly enforced with no exceptions. 

​

Security/Incidental deposit: Is required to check-in. A refund is done once the room has been inspected. If you use a credit card, refunds could take up to 7 to 10 Business days. Hotel Incidentals $150.00 Daily and $250 Weekly. 

​

Quiet policy: To ensure all guests have a relaxing and well-rested stay, Quiet Hours are observed nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. inside and outside of the property.

​

Hotel right to refuse: For any reason the hotel holds the right to refuse a guest. 

​

Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, such as excessive noise, damage to hotel property, or disruption of other guests' stay, may result in eviction from the hotel without refund.

Amendments: The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the hotel's website.
