Pet Stay Policy

Terms and Conditions

Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms.
Acceptable Pets - We welcome all well-mannered dogs, additional pet types (cats, birds, etc.) may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas.

Pets must comply with local legislation requirements and insurance liability. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest at all times. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest’s room.

For a comfortable stay for you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room. Owners can bring pets into their hotel room via the side entrance nearest the room.

Verification that vaccinations are complete and up-to-date is required.

Pets may be left unattended in your room, BUT must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier for a short time as long as the owner is still onsite. Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.

Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel.

Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.

Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.

A non-refundable pet fee of $30.00 per Pet/Night is charged to my account upon arrival. This is to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply.

A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk.

Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my suite available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the suite to accommodate this service.

Pet-Friendly Areas - Pets are allowed only in the following areas: Guest Room, Main Lobby, Outside. Pets are not allowed in public areas where food is served or consumed. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.

Pet must weigh less than 80 pounds.

The guest suite is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.

Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If hotel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for a pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest suite.
